Hammes Family Chiropractic is in-network with the following health insurance providers: Quartz, Dean POS (Note: Not HMO), Medicare, Forward Health (Badger Care), WPS (Wisconsin Physicians Services), Physicians Mutual, Aetna, The Alliance, Cigna, Humana, and United Health Care. If you don't see your health insurance provider on our list, please give us a call as we may still be part of your wellness plan.

New or Continued Chiropractic Treatment- $55 per Visit
Our services include chiropractic adjustments along with various therapies such as ultrasound, muscle stimulation, and hot or cold treatments. Wellness Plan $79/Month, Up to 4 visits per month
Sticking to your chiropractic routine is easy with our Wellness Plan! We require a three-month minimum commitment to get you started; after that, your plan continues monthly until you're ready to stop. If life gets busy, don't worry—you can pause your membership at any time and pick up right where you left off. This plan offers up to 4 visits per month, allowing you to manage your chiropractic treatment costs effectively. Additionally, we can help you explore options for insurance coverage for chiropractic services.
Cash Plans
Prepayment plans are available to help reduce chiropractic treatment costs to $47, $45, or $43 per visit. These wellness plans can also be shared between family members, making it easier to manage insurance coverage for chiropractic services.
